Reader JB wrote in following my post yesterday about recycling at delis and restaurants. She shared my bewilderment that more establishments don’t offer such an option, and then gave the names of two spots in North Park that do: Apertivo on 30th Street and Ritual Tavern near 30th Street and Polk Avenue.
She also suggested we list the establishments that do provide recycling. So, readers, please keep them coming. There’s got to be more than just a few restaurants that offer recycling. This is something that’s common in many big cities.
